Refund policy

At Sander Maps, every print is made to order and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Because each piece is custom-printed, we can only accept returns or replacements in specific cases described below.

🖼️ Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send an email to support@sandermaps.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review your case promptly and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.

📦 Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
We’ll track your shipment and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no additional cost.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because our prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer

  • Items that have been used or modified

Please double-check product details and dimensions before ordering.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different design or size, please place a new order.

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
